WS Client Limitation 5.0.4

This module will allow you to limit your clients from accessing their account.

We have created a module for vendors who would like to suspend their clients for any reason including if they did not follow the business rules. The client does not have any access to place an order, services or Domains. The only thing the client will have supports ticket and the billing sections -- just in case they own any invoices they will be able to pay. Also, if you want to stop the client from placing an order only you can also do that. Admin can see all suspended clients.

• Set expiry date of when limitation should automatically be lifted
• Clients total unpaid invoice value must be less than the setting value (0 = disabled)
• Provide a reason why a client is limited
• Display notification of the account limitation in admin area & Clients Summary
• Prevent client from stops placed order from client area
• Prevent client from reopening closed ticket from client area
• Prevent client from Restriction Support Tickets from client area
• Prevent client from Full Restriction (All Pages) from client area
• Prevent client from Full Restriction (Exclude invoice pay) from client area
• Ability to select only certain payment gateways for a customer to use. Any payment gateways not selected would not be available for that particular client throughout any invoice or order page
• An option to either mass suspend, or mass terminate all services on account that have a supportable module action
• Ability to notify the customer with a template of our choice (ability to select from multiple templates to send), as to the reasoning for the account limitation
• Ability to mass refund all invoices on the account (if it is linked to a payment gateway that supports automated/API refunds)
• Add sticky note to account (with a template/message of our choice)
