able to respond to those tickets from WhatsApp and has said ticket (s) updated as
expected if we did so by email.
To start using the WhatsApp Admin module you need to register at Twilio
website here and create an Access Key to enter in the
WhatsApp Admin module. You can add recipient numbers and separate
multiple numbers with a comma. (Make sure that Twilio approve your WhatsApp Application before
